Birthday Parties


  1. ★Call us to book your child’s party.

  2. ★Adults and children will receive discounted tickets.

  3. ★We will reserve a block of tickets for you and create a custom e-flyer that you can use for your invitation.

  4. ★You do not need to tell us the exact number of attendees until one week prior to the show. 

  5. ★At the show, we will give a shout-out to the birthday girl or boy and your group can stay after the show for a Q and A with one of the actors. 


Invite-a-Friend


  1. ★Call us to create a new Invite-a-Friend group under your last name. 

  2. ★Select three performance dates.

  3. ★We will create a custom e-flyer you can use to invite your friends to join your group. 

  4. ★Everyone you invite will be eligible for discounted tickets.

  5. ★Friends can attend the same performance, or one of the other three selected.

  6. ★Friends can book on-line using your last name as their discount code.

  7. ★For every 10 people who book under your last name, you will receive a free child’s ticket.

Invite-a-School


  1. ★Call us to create a new Invite-a-School group and select the eligible dates.

  2. ★Select three performance dates.

  3. ★We will create a custom e-flyer you can use to invite your entire school.

  4. ★Everyone in your school will be eligible for discounted tickets.

  5. ★Students and parents can attend any of the selected performance dates. 

  6. ★Parents can book on-line using the school name as a discount code.

  7. ★All teachers can receive free tickets to the show!

All of our venues have options for discounted tickets for groups of 10 or more.  For San Ramon group sales call 925-973-ARTS. For all other venues, call 510-296-4433 or purchase on-line by clicking on the show picture to the left. 

Scout Troops


  1. ★Call us to book tickets for your scout troop. 

  2. ★All scouts, accompanying parents and siblings receive discounted tickets.

  3. ★We can create a custom e-flyer to invite your other troop members. 

  4. ★We will reserve a block of seats for your troop.

  5. ★Souvenir Patches available for $4 each with advance orders. 

  6. ★After the show, your troop will enjoy  a post show Q and A with an actor and an on-stage tour.
